Who is responsible for your data

What data is collected and why
- Invitation list: your email address, when you subscribe through a form on this website, to send you session dates, practical information and listening announcements. Basis: your consent, confirmed by email (double opt-in).
- Messages: the information you include when you write to us, to answer you and organise sessions or partnerships. Basis: your request.
- Bookings: your name, email address and booking details when you book a session, to confirm it and send you the access link. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details are never received or stored by Sounds of Spirit. Basis: the contract and legal accounting obligations.
Service providers
Your data is only shared with the providers needed to run the service: MailerLite (email list and emails), Stripe (payments), Zoom (online sessions) and Hostinger (website hosting). Your data is never sold.
How long it is kept
Invitation list: until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Messages: as long as needed to answer you, and at most three years after the last contact. Booking and accounting records: for the period required by French law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or audience-tracking cookies. Only technical cookies needed for the site to work are used, for example to remember your language choice. The signup form is provided by MailerLite, which may use technical cookies to make it work.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@soundsofspirit.net. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
